Neeraj Maheshwari
Fellow Cost and Management Accountant, Registered Valuer for land and building, and trained forensic auditor. In independent practice in Indore since 2018, working with public bodies, banks and companies that need numbers they can stand behind.
How I work
Most of my work is evidence work: cost records that must hold up in a statutory audit, valuations that a lender or a resolution professional will rely on, and investigations where the report has to survive questioning. I keep the method visible, write in plain language, and say clearly what was checked and what could not be.
I run a practice in Indore with a small in-house team of articled assistants and permanent staff, and take assignments across India.

Off the ledger
Chart reading is the skill I enjoy most: technical analysis of Indian equities and derivatives, daily, with the aim of sitting the Chartered Market Technician examinations. The Markets notes come from that habit. They are commentary, not advice; I am not registered with SEBI as a research analyst or investment adviser.
I also build small web tools and automations with AI coding assistants, including this site and the tender routine behind it, and write about what works under Blog.
